HCA News 2026 Zoning Alert!!

A Resident in HC has applied for a change in our RE-5 Zoning to allow Short Term Rentals or Vacation Rentals for less than 90 days.  This will be their second application for the same request.

The Planning Board hearing for this issue is May 14th, at the Womack Building, at 5:30.  Please plan on attending and speaking against this application.

Hearing is for "Short term vacation Rentals".  

Planning Board voted 5-0 last year against this request.

The HCA Board will be meeting to discuss in mid-April.  More Details will follow as we get closer to May 14th.
