Change of Date for Planning Board Hearing

Mr. Shawn Keller has requested his text amendment with the Planning board be moved to Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 5:30.  

Please plan on attending the Planning Board meeting June 11, 2026.  Signup to speak between 5:00 and 5:30.

Always check the website for the latest news and updates!  The Date could possibly be changed again.

Mr. Keller, a Resident in HC, has applied for a change to our RE-5 Zoning to allow Short Term Rentals or Vacation Rentals for less than 90 days.  This will be their second application for the same request.

The Planning Board hearing for this issue is June 11th, at the Womack Building, at 5:30.  Please plan on attending and speaking against this application.  Sign up's to speak between 5:00 and 5:30.

Hearing will be for "Short term vacation Rentals".  

Planning Board voted 5-0 last year against this request.

The HCA Board will be meeting to discuss in mid-June.  More Details will follow as we get closer to June 11th.
